We are looking for individuals that wish to make a difference to a young child’s life. We are looking for individuals that are proactive, hardworking and passionate, as well as willing to use initiative. We believe that in order to be a good teacher, you must be passionate about supporting pupils throughout their studies.

We work with several schools across the West Midlands to provide local school placements approximately 30-60 minutes of travel time away from where our trainees and students live.

School- centred routes involve trainees being placed in a school from day one, learning from the experts before slowly taking on classroom responsibilities. This enables them to experience a full school year rather than only attending school placements for short blocks of time.

We recommend researching the school curriculum for your chosen subject, as well as upskilling your subject knowledge. If the condition of your offer is to complete a Subject Knowledge Enhancement course, you must ensure that you have completed this prior to starting the programme in September.

We ask all trainees and students to apply for a brand new DBS certificate through ourselves – regardless of whether you currently possess a current DBS certificate. This comes with a £50 payment. We contact all trainees with the application details prior to the start of the programme.
