Haybridge SCITT are a School Centred Initial Teacher Training provider based in the West Midlands.
Our programmes enables trainees to gain the necessary skills to become fully qualified teachers through hands-on experience in a school setting.
We offer individuals of all ages an alternative route into the teaching profession.
We pride ourselves in offering trainees a bespoke and flexible route into teaching, tailored to suit your needs. Choose from our programme options below:
- Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) & Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Only
- Undergraduate Primary Programmes
- Assessment Only (AO)
You can also choose between training full-time or part-time on our postgraduate programmes in either Primary or Secondary.

With a large cohort and family ethos, Haybridge SCITT trainees are taught in an extremely supportive environment whilst training locally in high-achieving placement schools.
Our Postgraduate programme provides the experience of training within schools from September this means that all course participants are in the classroom from day one. Coupled with high quality core and subject training delivered by expert practitioners, SCITT trainees are taught how to meet the Department for Education’s ‘Teachers’ Standards’ and, at the end of the programme, will gain Qualified Teacher Status.
